Company Policies

Hours of Operation
Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and a 24 hour courtesy notice is requested for all errands.
Fees
Additional mileage of $1.00 per mile will apply to any job outside of a 10 mile radius, unless otherwise stated. Errands involving items that cannot be easily carried, or which require special modes of transport will be quoted on an individual basis. Travelling time and expenses are charged within agreed parameters. Cost of merchandise and/or any fees incurred are the responsibility of the client. A fee of $25 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
Payment
The following payment methods are currently accepted: Checks, money orders,
and cash.
AventuraConcierge.com will not perform any work on Client’s behalf that is illegal or
puts it in unreasonable danger.
Employment Status
AventuraConcierge.com is an insured business and is a subcontractor to the Client.
Client has no responsibility to withhold any taxes from or provide any benefits to AventuraConcierge.com and subcontractors.
Independent agents used to accomplish a project are not considered employees of AventuraConcierge.com
Cancellation
Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice.
Notice can be given via telephone or e-mail.
Confidentiality
AventuraConcierge.com will not at any time sell or exchange our client information
to outside sources.
AventuraConcierge.com will not give out any information about our clients without
their consent.
Vendors will be provided with only the information required to complete a
specific task.
Discretion will be strictly adhered to by AventuraConcierge.com and all
subcontractors.
The entire professional work request will be forwarded to the services provider from our affiliated network at no charge to the Client; we have a great professional network with experienced vendors that will serve you with special care. All Service Providers are required to be licensed and insured in Miami-Dade County.
Limitation of Liability
AventuraConcierge.com will not be held liable for any damages that the third party (dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor).
AventuraConcierge.com will not leave any items at your home or office if no one is there to accept them unless arrangements are made with us AventuraConcierge.com to do so.
AventuraConcierge.com is not responsible for any damages caused by a pet.
AventuraConcierge.com may require new clients pay for services before are rendered.
AventuraConcierge.com regret that cannot reserve paid blocks of time for services without email confirmation from clients.
